Jorge E. Muro Arbulú holds a PhD in Physics from the National University of La Plata and a graduate degree in Negotiation and Leadership from Harvard University. His career blends scientific research — with roles at the Peruvian Institute of Nuclear Energy and as founding manager of the Office of Nuclear Projects at SIMA Peru — and international advisory work, including collaboration with Harvard’s Roger Fisher and Howard Raiffa on the Peru–Ecuador peace treaty and negotiations for corporations across the United States, Japan, and South Korea. He teaches Strategic Decision-Making, Game Theory, Statistical Methods, Negotiation, and Project Management at universities in Latin America, and periodically engages as a Lumina consultant, supporting Lumina’s Latin American clients and customers.
