For the latest release of Analytica 6.0.10:
- Download installer for Analytica for Windows (64-bit): AnaSetup.exe
The Analytica Tutorial, User Guides, and all reference docs are online on the Analytica Wiki.
After installing Analytica, you can run it immediately as the Analytica Free 101 edition. After buying or renewing a subscription to Analytica, you should receive an email with an activation code for the edition you purchased (e.g. Analytica Professional, Enterprise, or Optimizer). If you can’t find it, ask your software purchaser, or contact Lumina at support@Lumina.com or (1) 650-212-1212.
See below to download the Analytica Decision Engine (ADE).
If you have a floating license or your organization manage licenses with the Reprise License Manager (RLM), you will need the name of the server computer with RLM. Contact your IT or software license admin if needed.
Analytica Decision Engine (ADE)
- Download ADE installer for Windows 64-bit: AdeSetup.exe
Windows OS: Analytica and ADE run on Microsoft Windows 64-bit OS, including Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Server, Server 2008, 2012 and 2016.
RAM: Analytica runs fine with only 1GB RAM, but it’s helpful to have more for larger models. For large models and large Monte Carlo sample sizes, we recommend at least 8GB RAM.
Hard disk: The Analytica installer is under 60MB. When installed, it takes up to 140MB on your hard disk, including Analytica application, solver, example models and libraries.
Screen size: It’s helpful to have a large screen if you want to build or view large models, especially if you want to see related documents or spreadsheets.
Macintosh: Analytica does not run on Macintosh OS, but, it does run nicely on a Mac using Parallels or VMWare to run Windows. (Max Henrion, the originator of Analytica and CEO of Lumina, runs Analytica on a Macbook.)
On the web: You can share your models for end users to view and run them via a web browser using the Analytica Cloud Platform.Others can run or review your models via a web browser without downloading software.
