James Milford heads Lumina’s consulting services with extensive experience in using Analytica for energy and environmental modeling research and consulting. James has worked in and around the energy sector since 2002. He led projects at NREL, has a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Colorado School of Mines, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado.
